Views of Andrew's Buildings

We've always suspected that Andrew F. is a Lego maniac, but when he told us about the "Enbrick Building" he was building, we knew it for sure. Not only is this building 9 feet tall, but all floors have interior detailing. We have no idea how many clear panels were needed for the windows, but the entire building is around 45,000 pieces. We don't think Andrew plans on modelling all of downtown Edmonton, but you never know!

The builder contemplates his next masterpiece, while being dwarfed by his latest creation, the "Enbrick Building". This nine foot goliath is modelled after the Enbridge Building (formerly the IPL Tower) in Edmonton.

Al's Bank Building

On the day before the show, Al Pankratz surprised us with this gorgeous brick bank building. Al is thinking of building a famous Edmonton landmark for next year's show, and if it is up to the standard of this building, it will be truly impressive!

Jason's Train Station, and Area

Jason Krish's wooden train station sits in the shadow of the downtown skycrapers. The station interconnects the main-line trains with the downtown passenger rail loop. Hungry passengers will find the fruit stand and restaurant nearby.

Interior and Detail Views

All of these details are from Andrew's skyscrapers. Note the window-washers on the yellow building. I wonder if they know what's going on in one of the offices? We know Jason Krish does.

Chris Perron's Tim Horton's donut shop seems to be re-inforcing some kind of stereotype. :-)
