Remember those round holes in the light units, seen in the setup pictures? Well, there are translucent disks that fit into those holes. During setup, one of those missed being seated properly and zoomed down onto the model, like a crashing flying saucer. It took out the bell tower on top and some edging on one side.

Fixing the damage wasn't all that hard - about 45 minutes in all. The hard part was remembering how it went together, and making sure we didn't have any pieces left over. It helped a lot that a new bell tower had been designed the week before!
